ITALIAN TOMATO SALAD 
3 lg. tomatoes
1/4 c. minced onion
Garlic salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. bacon flavored bits

Combine all ingredients, except bacon bits, and refrigerate for several hours. Bring to room temperature, if desired, before serving. Makes 6 servings, 57 calories each.
