BEEF AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2-1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen bite-size balls of shredded potatoes

Brown beef and drain. Put meat in bottom of 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle onion over top. Cover with both soups and potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
