BEEF AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
4 med. potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick

Brown beef, add salt and then drain to remove any grease. Alternate layers of beef, potato slices, onions and soup until all ingredients are used, ending with mushroom soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
