BEEF AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn, drained
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. dried potato flakes
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Brown beef and onion. Drain well and add salt and pepper. Place in crock pot and add tomato sauce, corn and mix well. In bowl, mix potato flakes with sour cream and water. Spread mixture over beef. Top with grated cheese. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 10 hours.
