CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 eggs
1/4 c. corn oil
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped white onion
1 can B&B mushrooms, bits and pieces, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. grated cheese

Beat eggs and mix all together. Grease 8x8x2 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This is great for barbecues.
