CREAMED TUNA ON TOAST
2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 2 c. rich milk 1 tsp. salt (or to taste) 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. flaked tuna, canned Melt butter and blend in flour; add milk and stir while cooking until mixture is thick and smooth. Add salt and pepper and canned tuna. Serve hot on squares of toast. This recipe may also be used with chipped beef.

Great basic recipe. I sautéed half an onion in the butter then proceeded on with 2 cans tuna. Added about 1 cup cooked frozen peas and added some Nellie's pearl onions also. Also used celery salt and garlic powder to taste. Great!
