GREEN BEAN SUPREME 
4 pkg. frozen French style green beans
1/2 c. chopped yellow onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tbsp. grated lemon rind
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated mild yellow cheese
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms (fresh)

Cook beans, saute onion, blend in flour, salt, pepper, parsley and lemon rind. Add milk gradually. Cook until creamy. Remove from heat, add beans. Gently stir in sour cream, pour into greased or buttered casserole. Top with cheese and then crumbs. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Before serving, saute mushrooms in butter and sprinkle on top of casserole.
