1 1/2 c. egg whites 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar 2 c. sugar Beat egg whites and vinegar until it peaks then gradually add sugar. Bake at 300 degrees in 2 well greased 9" pans until brown. It's okay if it cracks, just press together. Frost and fill with the following mixture: 1 sm. jar cherries, chopped 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped Nuts (opt.) |
