BLARNEY STONE BARS 
3 egg yolks, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix the above and add 1/2 cup hot water. Beat 4 egg whites (stiff). Fold mixture into egg whites. Bake in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan for 25 minutes. Frost bars with:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla

Crunch peanuts over top of frosted bars, if desired.
