HEAVENLY LEMON BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. lemon juice
4 eggs, beaten

Cut butter, flour and confectioners' sugar like pie crust. Pat into a 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven.

Mix remaining ingredients together. Bake 20-25 minutes.

NOTE: Do not over bake. Filling will be thin. Cut while warm. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
