CRUNCHY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. almonds, slivered
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
French Fried Onion Rings
1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix together all ingredients except onions and cheese. Pour in casserole dish, top with onions and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
