APPLE COBBLER 
6 apples, Granny Smith, sliced
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. orange peel, grated
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oats
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Toss apple slices with lemon juice, orange juice, orange peel, cinnamon and nutmeg; arrange evenly in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Combine sugars, oats, flour and butter and use fingers to create coarse meal. Pat topping over fruit and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cobbler can be made using 3 apples and 3 pears.
