LEMONADE WITH MINT 
Mint leaves - 1 per ice cube
Mint sprigs for garnish
2 lemons cut in eighths
3 c. sugar
12 c. water
4 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice

Freeze ice cubes overnight. Place cut lemons, water, and sugar in pan and bring to boil. Stir until sugar dissolves. Cool and refrigerate until chilled. Add lemon juice. Fill pitcher(s) with ice cubes. Pour lemonade over and garnish with mint. Serves 16.
