SCOTCH - NUT BARS | |
CRUST: 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 can mixed salted nuts 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 1/2 c. light corn syrup 2 tbsp. butter Prepare crust and pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Melt 6 ounce package of butterscotch chips, 1/2 cup light corn syrup, 2 tablespoons butter. Pour mixture over nuts. Bake another 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut before completely cool. |
