FREE METHODIST BEANS 
3 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. bottle ketchup
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Saute green pepper and onion until tender. Brown ground beef and add seasonings to taste. Add brown sugar, ketchup, pork and beans and Louisiana Hot Sauce to beef mixture. Cook for 1 hour over low heat and stir frequently. Delicious for cookouts and as a hearty side dish!
