DILL BEAN STICKS 
Fresh green beans
Fresh dill
Garlic
2 c. white vinegar
2 c. water
1/4 c. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Wash and clean beans; leave whole. Parboil covered in unsalted boiling water about 10 minutes or until just crisply tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Put half clove of garlic and head of one fresh dill into each hot sterilized jar. Pack beans in jars upright. Heat vinegar, salt and cayenne to boiling, pour into jars and seal. Liquid will cover about 4 (16 oz.) jars.
