HAPPY FAMILY 
1 c. broccoli
1/2 c. sliced carrots, angled
1 c. cauliflower
1/2 c. celery (opt.)
1/2 c. snow peas
1/2 c. water chestnuts
2 c. chicken breast, boned & cubed

Stir-fry chicken 3 to 4 minutes, remove and set aside. Stir-fry carrots and celery 5 minutes, add cauliflower and broccoli, stir-fry 10 minutes. Add snow peas and water chestnuts, stir-fry 3 minutes. Add chicken.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. water

Add to vegetables, cook until thickened. Serve with rice. May substitute pork, shrimp or beef for chicken.
