HAPPY HOUR DIP 
2 pkgs. dried beef cut up in small squares
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. drained sauerkraut
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes a big batch. Also can be cut in half or be frozen. Pepperidge Farm sesame sticks are good for dipping.
