HAPPY HOSTESS MASHED POTATOES 
12 servings mashed potato mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
Parsley flakes

Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions, adding a little more milk and butter. Blend cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk and add to potatoes. Beat until well blended. Place in a 2 quart casserole; top with parsley (plus pats of butter if desired) and bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.

May be prepared early, then refrigerated for baking later. Equally successful is this recipe using regular potatoes, cooked and mashed. May be reheated and or frozen, too.
