BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
6 slices white bread (Pepperidge Farm or Arnold) trim crusts, butter bread
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 c. half and half or milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. crumbled bacon or sausage or ham or kielbasa

Cut bread into small cubes. Place in 13x9 inch buttered pan or dish. Sprinkle with meat, then with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
