EGG AND SAUSAGE BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage 6 eggs 2 c. milk Salt and pepper to taste 1/8 tsp. dry mustard 6 pieces bread (decrusted and cubed) 1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese Brown and drain sausage. Combine eggs and milk and pour over sausage. Add spices, bread cubes and cheese and mix. Grease a 13x9 baking pan. Pour into pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
