BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
2 c. plain or herb croutons
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded cheddar cheese
4 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard (opt.)
1/8 tsp. onion powder (opt.)
Dash pepper

In the bottom of greased baking dish, combine croutons and cheese. Separately combine the remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Pour over croutons and cheese. Optional: May top with crisp crumbled bacon. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until eggs are set.

May be prepared the night before and refrigerated until 1 hour before serving time. Bake as directed. Serves 4.
