BAKED LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN
2 chicken breasts
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lemon
small handful of chopped parsley
olive oil

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken to help it retain as many of its juices as possible (you can also add a little water to the bottom whatever pan you are baking these in to help steam the chicken a bit for optimal juiciness).

Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the chicken (half of the lemon to each piece). Season with black pepper and sea salt to preference. Layer chicken breasts with the chopped garlic and then add parsley on top of that.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes (longer if you like it more well done).

Enjoy!

Serves 2.

Baked Lemon Garlic Chicken

I love me some chicken and garlic so this recipe is right up my alley! I baked it for my husband who's been feeling under the weather lately and he loved it. The lemon juice adds a nice flavor to the dish and makes it taste fresh. It was very easy to make and the instructions were clear. Thanks for sharing!
