LEMON 'N GARLIC BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) quartered frying chicken
1 lg. clove of garlic, crushed
2 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Pat chicken dry, put skin side down in shallow baking dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn chicken pieces and baste with pan liquid. Continue to bake 25 to 30 minutes more or until tender. 4 servings. 196 calories per serving.
