BLACKEYED PEA CORNBREAD 
1 lb. sausage
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. milk
1/2 c. corn oil
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. cream corn
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 can Ranch style blackeyed peas with jalapenos

Brown sausage. Mix other ingredients, add sausage.

Pour in greased 9 by 13 pan.

Bake at 425 degrees. 45 to 50 minutes.
