WILD RICE AND TORTELLINI SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® original long grain & wild rice mix
1 (9 oz.) pkg. refrigerated cheese, filled tortellini (Di Giorno)
3 med. tomatoes, coarsely chopped
2 c. broccoli florets, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can pitted ripe olives
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
1 tbsp. basil leaf

Cook rice mixture according to package directions (25 minutes). Chill in refrigerator 35 minutes. Cook tortellini according to package directions (5 minutes), drain. Chill in refrigerator 45 minutes. In large salad bowl mix tomatoes, broccoli florets, onion, olives, chilled rice and chilled tortellini and Italian dressing. Add basil, toss to blend. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
