CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 sm. onion chopped very fine (you can use dehydrated onions in a bottle)
2 pkgs. spicy smoked beef, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Mortons seasoned salt to taste
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Blend cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings. Mix in chipped beef. Cover with pecans and heat in 300 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
