CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 c. dried minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. Texas Pete hot sauce

Place cream cheese in bowl. Microwave 1 minute. Stir in milk, sour cream, onion, garlic powder, pepper, green peppers and beef. Mix well. Melt butter. Stir in pecans and Texas Pete hot sauce. Mix well and serve on crackers as dip.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
