HOT CHEESY BEEF DIP 
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1 jar dried beef

Saute pecans in butter. Chop beef finely. Combine cream cheese and milk. Stir in beef, green pepper, onion, garlic and white pepper. Stir in sour cream. Place in greased casserole, sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with crackers.
