MAKE AHEAD BRISKET 
1 (5 lb.) beef brisket
1 1/2 oz. liquid smoke
3 oz. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Your favorite bottled barbecue sauce

First day: Place brisket on large sheet of foil in 9x12 cake pan. Brush worcestershire and liquid smoke over brisket. Sprinkle heavily with garlic powder. Let air for 15 minutes seal foil over meat and refrigerate overnight. Second Day: Bake, still wrapped in foil, at 275 degrees for 4 hours, then at 350 degrees for an hour. refrigerate. Third day: Remove meat drippings and discard foil. Slice thinly and pour generous quantities of bbq sauce over meat. Reheat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
