TEX MEX DIP (SEVEN LAYER) 
3 ripe Avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. chopped green onions
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 cans chopped olives
8 oz. shredded cheese
Tortilla chips
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 can Jalapeno bean dip

First layer: spread the bean dip on bottom of dish.

Second layer: mash Avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Third layer: Mix taco mix, mayonnaise and sour cream.

Fourth layer: Add chopped onions.

Fifth layer; Add chopped tomatoes.

Sixth layer: Add chopped black olives.

Seventh layer: sprinkle with grated cheese.

Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.
