MEXICAN SEVEN LAYER DIP 
2 cans Jalapeno beans dip
3 ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco filling mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 sm. cans chopped olives
2 bundles scallions
3 firm tomatoes
8 oz. Longhorn cheese

1. Spread bean dip on large deep dish platter.

2. Smash avocado, mix lemon juice, salt, pepper. Spread second layer.

3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, taco mix and spread.

4. Chopped green onion fine and spread.

5. Olives - spread.

6. Spread tomatoes - chopped, seeded and drained and spread.

7. Grate and spread cheese.
