ASPARAGUS SOUFFLE | |
1 can mushroom soup 1 tbsp. chopped pimento 1 tbsp. onion juice or grated onion 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1 med. can asparagus 1/2 box cheese Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 stick butter, melted Combine soup with all ingredients except asparagus, crackers and butter. Add asparagus. Mix butter and crushed crackers; place on top of casserole. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
