LIMA BEANS AND ASPARAGUS 
1 can lima beans or 1 pkg. frozen lima beans, cooked & drained
1 can asparagus, drained
1 or 2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix ingredients and sprinkle with grated cheese or a topping of Ritz crackers and melted butter. Bake in greased baking dish in a 350 degree oven until bubbly, about 15 minutes.

For Ritz Cracker Topping: Use 1 stack Ritz crackers, 25 to 30. Crumble crackers. Melt 1/2 stick butter and pour over crackers; mix well. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Sprinkle with pepper.
