SWEET/SOUR PORK CHOPS 
6 loin pork chops, 1 inch thick
Salt and pepper
1 c. water
1/2 c. catsup or chili sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place chops in baking dish, salt and pepper. Mix all other ingredients. Pour over chops. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees, uncovered. Skim off excess fat. Serve with rice.
