SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOP 
6 (1 inch) center cut pork chops, cook until almost done in a roasting pan at 350 degrees

Mix:

1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

in a small saucepan. Add:

1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple (juice and all)

Stir over medium heat until thick. Add 1/4 cup each sliced onions and green peppers. Spoon over chops and cook 10 to 15 minutes more. Serve with the thick sauce still on the chops.
