STIR FRIED RICE 
1 c. bean sprouts, rinse and drained
1 tsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat wok; add eggs and cook until thick and moist. Remove and set aside.

Add: 1 c. sliced mushrooms 3 c. white rice, precooked 2 tbsp. dark soy sauce Dash of pepper 2 green onions, chopped

When onions are tender, add chopped celery, water chestnuts, and dash of salt. Stir fry 1 more minute. Add bamboo shoots.
