QUICK WOK STRING BEANS 
Fresh string beans (amount doesn't matter)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Kosher salt
Wok

Cut ends of string beans and parboil for a few minutes, leaving beans slightly crisp (try not to over cook!) Heat oil in wok to very hot but not smoking. Drain beans well and shake in towel until dry, add to wok.

Shake and flip beans constantly, add Kosher salt to taste and keep flipping.. making sure all beans are bathed in salted oil. When beans begin to attain spotty color, taste one. See?

Serve. Tastes great because sometimes simple is best.
