WARREN'S STRING BEAN SIDE DISH
Here is a way to serve string beans to the whole family!

1 lb. fresh string beans
2 eggs
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
butter, Pam, etc.
salsa (your choice)

When in season get one pound of fresh string beans. Chop off the ends. Mix eggs and flour into a bowl to make a light batter. Grease your frying pan with butter or any non-stick spray. Grab a portion of the string beans and dip into the batter. Make sure that your pan is at medium high heat and gently drop your beans in. The batter will make a serving unit that you can start dropping more portions into the pan to cook. Shake the pan to make sure that they do not stick.

In just 2-3 minutes look for the bottom to become light brown. Turn over and continue cooking. Scoop out and drain fat on a paper towel if needed. Serve with any main with a small spoon of salsa on top. It looks great on the plate. The salsa at the end gives a start to any additional seasoning desired be any individual. Enjoy!
