BLACK BEANS SAUCE PRAWNS 
1/2 - 1 lb. med. prawns
1 med. onion, diced
1 sm. green pepper
1-2 tbsp. black bean paste
1 sm. clove garlic, pressed
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped pork
1/4 c. diced water chestnuts
3/4 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. oil
Salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water, mix with cornstarch

In oil, fry pork, garlic. Add onion, green pepper, prawn. Add chicken broth and cook 5 minutes. Add black beans, salt to taste. Sprinkle Ajinomoto. Thicken with cornstarch. Just before done, beat in egg. Do not over cook.
