STRING BEAN PARMESAN 
1 lb. string beans, fresh
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. virgin oil
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1/4 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Place string beans in pot with enough water to cover. Bring to boil. Turn down heat and cook covered for 20 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in quart casserole dish. Add beans and bake at 375 degrees uncovered 20 minutes.

Excellent dish, with a beautiful presentation! The flavor is fantastic! I usually leave out the bread crumbs (did not want to add any extra carbs). I sometimes leave out both the Parmesan and bread crumbs (for an extra healthy dish), and it still has excellent flavor!
