Use recipe for cookie (on back of box) but drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press dough into two circles. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool one minute. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely. Spread 2 to 3 measuring tablespoons of ice cream onto bottom of one cookie, top with another cookie (repeat). Wrap, freeze until ready.
