CHICKEN TORTILLA STACK UP 
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. green onions
Chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and salsa (optional)

Combine sour cream and seasoning. Spread 1/4 of mixture on each tortilla. Place 1 tortilla in glass pie plate. Top with 1/2 cup chicken, 1/4 cup cheeses, and 2 tablespoons onions. Repeat 2 more layers. Place remaining tortilla on top and sprinkle with remaining cheeses and onions. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, and salsa. Cut into 4 wedges. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
