CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 bag (about 50) light caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Melt down in double boiler or microwave about 4 minutes until sauce is smooth, stirring every 2 minutes. Set aside.

1 German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs

Use dry ingredients and cake and mix with evaporated milk and eggs. Put half of cake mixture on bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan and bake 6 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

While still hot, put on 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup chopped walnuts and pour caramel sauce on top of hot cake. Then spoon balance of cake mix on top and bake 6 minutes. Then take out of oven and try to spread evenly and bake for 13-15 minutes more.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
