EASY BROWNIE PIZZA 
3/4 Karo light or dark corn syrup
1/3 c. heavy or whipping cream
1 pkg. (8oz.) Baker's Semi-sweet Chocolate or 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) Baker's German Sweet Chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped

Grease and flour 12 x 1/2 inch pizza pan (or two 9 inch layer cake pans). In 3 quart saucepan, bring corn syrup and heavy cream to boil over medium heat, stirring occassionally. Add chocolate; stir until melted. Set aside 2/3 cups of the chocolate sauce. Add butter and sugar to remaining sauce; stir until butter melts. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Gradually stir in flour, salt and nuts. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until firm; cool on rack. (Cool layers in pans 10 minutes; remove and cook on racks.) Top with ice cream, fruit, nuts and chocolate sauce. makes 12 servings.

This makes your own "BIG" cookie to decorate if you wish. Two of these make a great treat for a group of kids, young and old.
