CHINESE CHICKEN 
Lg. pkg. chicken wings
10 oz. jar apricot preserves
8 oz. bottle red Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. beefy onion soup mix

In a saucepan heat preserves, salad dressing and soup mix. Pour this over chicken wings in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, turning chicken over after 30 minutes. The sauce is very good over rice.
