CHINESE SALAD 
1/2 head finely cut cabbage (no processor)
2 tbsp. sesame seed
4 green onions, sliced thin (whole thing) or 1 red onion
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted (blanched), slivered almonds
1 pkg. Chicken Top Ramen, crumbled dry (save seasoning packet for dressing)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
Seasoning packet from Top Ramen

Shake well in container, pour over and toss at last minute. Add 2 to 3 cups diced chicken. Makes a Great Chinese chicken salad.
