HORSERADISH BEETS 
2 to 3 cans tiny whole beets
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1/8 tsp. cloves (ground)
3 tbsp. or more horseradish

Simmer all but beets until well blended. Add beets and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for 24 hours or longer.
