“BEET SALAD” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

BEET SALAD 
1 tbsp. gelatin
1 1/2 cups water or beet juice
1 tbsp. horseradish
3 tbsp. cold water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 pt. beets, chopped or ground with coarse blade

Put the water or beet juice in cold water on to heat. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved; then add the rest of the ingredients. Put in a 18 inch pan and refrigerate until set.
