DORA'S JELLO BEET SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. cherry Jello
1 1/2 whole cans shredded beets
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 (No. 2) can pineapple tidbits

Take the juice of the pineapple and add enough hot water to make 4 cups. Mix this into the Jello. When Jello is cool, add the shredded beets and the pineapple. Stir and let set.

TOPPING FOR SALAD:

1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 green onions and tops, chopped fine
1/2 c. finely chopped celery

Take 1 cup sour cream, 2/3 cup of mayonnaise, add 2 chopped green onions and 1/2 cup chopped celery and mix together. Spoon on the salad that has been cut into squares.
